I work part-time as a teacher of Middle Eastern, Body Groove and holistic dance and as a facilitator of relaxation holidays to Morocco. I am currently studying for an MA in Dance and Somatic Movement at the University of Central Lancashire. When I am not dancing, studying or in Morocco I like to spend time with my husband, Tony, and our three dogs, Molly, Ellie and Stanley, walking in the beautiful Lancashire countryside.
I am learning djembe and tabla drum, mantra chanting and enjoy weekly embodiment classes. As well as an interest in herbs, gardening, photography and healthy eating - I am just filling my life with pleasures!
I qualified as a Body Groove dance facilitator in May 2018 and am teaching the following classes:

The relaxing holidays in Morocco I organise with beautiful friends, Barbara Conroy and Allal Yamine and a great team in Morocco. We travel to different areas of this fascinating country each year including city breaks to Marrakech and 7 day trips to coast and mountains. Our 10 day desert trips are exceptional and as well as a fascinating journey and the ultimate peace and quiet of the desert we include sessions in breathwork, relaxation, meditation, trance drumming, movement, sound healing, shamanic work and Reiki. Also available camel riding (optional) star gazing and camp fires and a chance to refresh both body and mind.
All trips cancelled for 2020 but we hope to travel together again when the world is easier, we are all safe and well, inshallah.
