Anne is a facilitator of embodied movement, holistic and Middle Eastern dance and is an organiser and facilitator of relaxation experiences in Morocco.
Having facilitated Middle Eastern and holistic dance for over 30 years Anne added a MA in Dance and Somatic Movement: Connections to the Living Body from the University of Central Lancashire in December 2021.
When not dancing or in Morocco, she likes to spend time with her husband, Tony, and their three dogs, Molly, Stanley and Roger, walking and photographing nature in the beautiful Lancashire countryside, where she lives, and other wild places they visit around the UK.
Her passions include learning djembe and darabuka drum, mantra chanting, Reiki drum, herbalism, nature photography, gardening and healthy eating.
Anne is currently developing her skills in meditation and breathwork, and has a particular interest in trauma recovery. She continues to develop her somatic practice with regular classes and workshops in somatic movement, working outside in nature and various disciplines of embodiment.
